Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by emailing/WhatsApping us with the order number.
- Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
- We may cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, unverified payment, suspected fraud, or wrong address/unreachable customer. Paid amounts will be returned as store credit/refund.
