- We deliver across Pakistan.
- Orders are processed within (24 to 48) hours (Mon to Fri).
- Delivery takes 3 to 5 working days major cities and 5 to 7 working days other areas. These are estimates, not guarantees.
- Delivery charges: calculates at the check out.
- Tracking details are shared after dispatch.
- Please give a correct address and phone number. We are not responsible for delays caused by wrong details.
- If a COD parcel is refused without valid reason, we may charge delivery on the next order or restrict COD.
- Check the parcel before accepting. If it looks tampered with, do not accept it and contact us.
- Always record an unboxing video before opening.
- If a parcel is lost, we will replace it or give store credit after courier confirmation.
- Delays due to courier, weather, strikes, or events beyond our control are not our responsibility.
